Sieve maida baking powder baking soda and coco powder for 3 times
Mis hot milk coffee and essence and keep it for 5 minutes
Melt chocolate in a big bowl and then add butter oil condense milk and sugar and mix till it is properly combined
Now in 2-3 batch add maida and milk and mix it with cut and fold method.

Let it rest for 5 minutes and tgen invert it and let it cool down completely before doing icing
Chop the dark compound chocolate in small pieces
Heat the cream in heavy vessel on low flame till boiling point
Off the gas add the chopped chocolate and keep it for 2-3 minutes
Whip it with with wooden spoon and add butter and whip it again
When it comes to a shining bright spread it on the cake
If you like you can cut the cake from middle and put a layer of ganache on it and then cover the cake with ganache
Make some honey comb with chocolate compound and can decorate the cake
Spread some golden sugar balls and serve your triple chocolate cake
